Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Diolor Beauty. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if this is not the case, you have the option of returning your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To arrange a return, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Return
We offer a 14-day return period within which you can return your order without giving any reason. This period begins once you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
Please note: The return must be sent no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. It is not necessary for the goods to be received by us within this period.

Preparation of the return:
Make sure that the items are in a clean, undamaged condition and that they are packed in their original packaging or equivalent shipping packaging. Include all free products, accessories and instructions. Include a piece of paper with your name and order number. -
Shipping of the return:
Send your return no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number to prove that the return was shipped on time.
Send us the tracking number:
After you have shipped the return, please email us the tracking number to [email protected] so that we can track the status of your return.
Return Policy

All items must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, as well as in their original packaging or equivalent. -
Any free products that were part of the order must also be returned. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free products from the refund. -
Should items be returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition (e.g., missing packaging, instructions, or accessories), we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the purchase price as a depreciation fee, depending on the condition of the product.
Damaged products
In the event of significant damage or if the product is returned in an unsaleable condition, we may retain up to 100% of the purchase price as a fee.
Incomplete Returns
If free products, accessories or the original packaging are missing, we can charge a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
Responsibility of the customer

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged and shipped safely. -
Damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging may result in the rejection of the return or additional charges. -
Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number to be able to prove that the shipment was made on time.
Cost of return shipping
The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer, unless the goods were damaged upon receipt or there is an error on our part.
If a return is refused, we can return the goods at the customer's request, with the customer also bearing the shipping costs.
Abuse of the return policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge additional fees if we suspect that the return is abusive or repetitive without a legitimate reason.
Non-refundable items
Certain items, such as opened cosmetic products or hygiene products, are excluded from return once they have been opened or used.
Return Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
Rejected returns
If a return does not comply with the return policy (e.g. damaged or incomplete items), we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In special cases and at our discretion, we may offer a return of the item, with the customer paying the shipping costs. If no return is offered, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
